RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rockland Beauty Supply (RBS), customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of our products, the following Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
RBS does not offer cash refunds, debit refunds, credit card refunds, or e-transfer refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned within five (5) days of purchase when:

The original receipt is presented.

The item is unopened, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

The item is in resalable condition.

The packaging has not been damaged, altered, or tampered with.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by RBS staff.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance items (prices ending in $0.97)

Wigs and ponytails
-
Braiding hair
-
Hair extensions
-
Cosmetics and makeup products
-
Skincare products
-
Hair chemicals, relaxers, developers, bleaches, and hair color products

Jewelry
-
Bonnets, caps, and other wearable accessories

Any opened, used, unsealed, damaged, or tampered merchandise
HAIR CARE PRODUCTS & GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Unopened hair care products and general merchandise may be returned within five (5) days of purchase and are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, subject to inspection and approval.

Edge control

Combs

Other eligible general merchandise
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Products found to be defective must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.
Approved defective merchandise may qualify for:

Exchange of the same item (subject to availability), or
-
Store credit
No refunds will be issued.
ELECTRICAL TOOLS & APPLIANCES
Electrical tools and appliances, including flat irons, curling irons, blow dryers, clippers, trimmers, and similar products, may be exchanged within five (5) days of purchase for manufacturer defects only.
All claims are subject to inspection and testing by RBS staff.
No refunds will be issued.
PRODUCT REACTIONS & SENSITIVITIES
Opened or used products are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Due to health and safety regulations, RBS cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, including cases involving:

Allergic reactions

Skin irritation
-
Hair sensitivities
-
Personal preference
-
Dissatisfaction with product results
Customers experiencing an adverse reaction should discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
RBS reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or store credit request that does not comply with this policy.
Management's decision regarding returns, exchanges, and store credit eligibility shall be final.
