1. Free in-store pickup (Rockland)

Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order free from our store at 2848 Laurier St, Unit 3, Rockland, ON K4K 1A3. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, we'll email you the moment yours is ready. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:30am–5:00pm.

2. Free local delivery (within 10 km)

Live within 10 km of our store? We'll deliver your order free on orders over $40, delivered within 2 business days if order is placed and paid before 6:30pm

3. Shipping across Canada

·       Free shipping on all orders over $80.

·       Orders under $80: calculated at checkout.

·       Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days.

·       Delivery estimate: 2–7 business days depending on location.
